I’m Sheela Yazdani Nia, the Founder and Director of Alpha Disability Support. My life’s mission is to help people live with dignity, independence, and real confidence. With over a decade of experience in the disability sector, my career is built on compassion, respect, and standing up for the people I support.

My path in this field began with a formal qualification in Community Services through TAFE, which I built upon with extensive, hands-on experience as a support worker. Early in my career, specialising in supporting young people with disabilities, I realised that high-quality care requires far more than clinical expertise.

Active listening means understanding each person’s unique story. Continuous learning means evolving alongside the individuals we support. Tailored care means meeting the specific needs and goals of every client.

Driven by a clear sense of purpose, I established Alpha Disability Support to raise the bar and set a higher standard of care within our community. Under my leadership, our dedicated team works to create an environment where every client feels genuinely valued, heard, and supported.

For me, it isn’t just a career; it is a lifelong passion to create a positive, lasting difference in the lives of those we serve.
